Thunderbird American Indian Dancers in Concert

Established in 1963, the Thunderbird Dancers are New York's oldest dance troupe established by volunteers to preserve the songs and dances of their ancestors.

Dancers wear traditional clothing and utilize instruments reflecting the multi-tribal background of the performers of the Iroquois, Northeast Woodlands and Southwest tribes and the Great Plains people.
